Profiterole dark cream and Génépy come together to create a sweet and creamy liqueur, with hints of cocoa and coffee, enveloped in the alpine aromas of Artemisia. Ideal drunk hot, to warm up the cold Aosta Valley winter evenings, or drunk cold in summer with a little ice, or even used to garnish a good ice cream.
