Our history

In the heart of Aosta Valley, the smallest region in northern Italy, St.Roch distilleries give birth to traditional spirits and liqueurs.

They use few but fundamental ingredients: the love for their territory and the passion towards their job.

The story starts from far way, into the bourg of Campodolcino (Lombardy). Here, at the beginning of the 18th century Levi family already worked into the distillation field.

Row materials

For the realization of our spirits we use only high quality raw materials.

Fresh pomace, wild juniper harvested by hand along Aosta Valley slopes, raspberries grown in Aosta Valley fields and first-rate fruits are the key to our products.

Ingredients with authentic flavor and processing techniques, refined during the years of experience, make our products unique.

Row materials

The Aosta Valley Region, which is one of the richest under the mineral point of view, is among the most important places of production for the génépy liqueur. That product, which is already well known and beloved even far from the region borders, constitutes one of the excellences in the world of spirits.

The uniqueness of the territory, that is characterized by a singular lithological variety and a significative environment diversification, is the reason of the high variety of vegetal species, among which the artemisia used to produce génépy plays a very important role.
